GSO/G mark水效认证详解
在全球贸易的大舞台上，海湾七国凭借其独特的地理位置与丰富的资源，成为了众多企业眼中极具潜力的市场。但想要顺利进入这片市场，企业需要应对各种法规和标准的挑战，其中，GSO水效认证便是一道重要的门槛。今天，就让我们一起来深入了解一下出口海湾七国的GSO水效认证。
一：什么是GSO水效认证？
海湾标准化组织GSO（GCC Standardization Organization）为了保护成员国的资源、经济和收益，并降低消费者的成本，自2024年1月1日起，对出口至海湾七国（阿联酋、巴林、沙特阿拉伯、阿曼、卡塔尔、科威特、也门）的特定节水卫浴产品实施了新的规定,要求相关产品必须通过GSO水效认证并加贴绿色标签方可进入市场。（PS 虽然这里包含了沙特，但目前沙特还是自己独立的水效注册系统，本文后面会讲解）
二：GSO水效认证主要针对卫浴产品，包括但不限于：
花洒及淋浴系统
水龙头（包括厨房和浴室用）
冲水马桶及小便器
其他节水型卫浴设备
具体为如下11种产品：

||
Qnom is the volume of liquid, which passes through the product, measured by liter in one minute (l/min) and some products are measured with (l/flush).
Qnom 是每分钟流经产品的液体体积，以升/分钟 (l/min) 为单位，部分产品以 (l/flush) 为单位。
Test is carried out at pressure (1.5), (3.0) and (4.5) bar (0.2± bar) for the Water-consumption Conservation Products and Equipment, which are suitable for high-pressure establishments (usually 5.0-1.0 bar) or at pressure (0.2), (0.3) and (0.5) bar (0.02± bar).
适用于高压设施（通常为 5.0-1.0 bar）的节水产品及设备，其测试压力分别为 (1.5)、(3.0) 和 (4.5) bar (0.2± bar)，或分别在 (0.2)、(0.3) 和 (0.5) bar (0.02± bar) 下进行。
The value of average three measurements for the product shall not exceed the value of maximum limit of flow, as mentioned in Table (a) mentioned above.
产品三次测量的平均值不得超过上述表 (a) 中规定的最大流量限值。
科威特对于卫浴产品特殊要求
近期，科威特工业管理局（PAI）已通过科威特合格评定计划（KUCAS）强制实施GCC节水产品技术法规。
这一新规的实施，将对出口到科威特的节水产品产生重要影响。为确保您的产品顺利进入科威特市场，
我们特此向您详细介绍相关要求。
法规实施时间：
自2025年3月29日起，所有在GCC节水产品技术法规范围内的产品，抵达科威特港口和边境时，必须在
出运前获取TIR证书，以避免在当地进行合规流程，节省时间和成本。
总结出口科威特卫浴产品（上面目录中）
1.先要做G-mark水效证书
2.然后+安全测试报告申请TER注册证书（如果在范围）
3.形式发票+G-mark水效证书+TER产品注册证书+申请验货 申请 TIR清关证书 （如果在范围）
沙特对于卫浴产品特殊要求
1. 沙特目前还是单独的水效系统，需要单独做测试+在沙特的水效系统注册证书
2. 出口沙特卫浴产品，先要做沙特水效证书，然后申请验厂+安全测试报告+Saber系统申请PCOC证书+Saber系统SCOC清关申请 ，且沙特的水效测试标准和GSO的不太一样哈…… ，具体沙特水效请见另一份沙特水效详解文件.
其它国家目前没听说有单独的清关证书要求.卫浴类产品，应该直接GCC水效证书，即可清关
